Can you help the community by volunteering to be a Driver ?
Many of our patients are not able to get to the surgery or to the hospital. It may be because they are temporarily incapacitated or they may be infirm through age. They may not be technically disabled but simply because they cannot manage the long slope into the surgery. They simply need to see a doctor.
Are you able to give … an hour once a week, or an hour once a fortnight, or even an hour once a month?
Our Volunteers say they achieve a great sense of satisfactionand a great sense of pride in knowing their small gesture has made a big impact. They enjoy working within a team to achieve great things together.
